Where can I purchase Analog Cases?

You can make a purchase through our webstore at AnalogCases.com, Amazon.com or through one of our international dealers.

Do you have a case that would fit my gear?

We offer custom-fitted cases for dozens of the most popular modern synthesizers, drum machines, MIDI controllers, audio interfaces, mixers, microphones and more. If we don’t have a custom-fitted case for your specific gear, we may still have something that could work! Please contact us with the details and we’ll be happy to provide a solution.

Where can I find your products outside of the US?

We have distribution in Canada, Europe and Japan. Please see our complete dealers list. Our products are also available through Amazon in Europe and Japan. 

Can I order a custom case?

We do not make custom cases, but we do offer UNISON Custom Edition cases that come with customizable foam inserts. We also offer the Mobile Producer Backpack which is a very versatile solution for transporting many types of gear.

We do offer many different cases and will gladly help find the best solution for your needs! Email us with a list of your gear and we’ll help you look for the best solutions!

The case I was interested in was removed from your website, will it be available again?

If the case is no longer on our site, it is no longer in production. If you send us a message through our contact form, we can recommend something that will accommodate your gear.

Product Information

Can I check my UNISON case in on a flight?

Our UNISON hard cases are not traditional “flight cases” or ATA / Anvil cases. They are a new style of lightweight hard case that is about ⅓ the weight of traditional flight cases, and they are not specifically built to a flight case standard of specifications. Many of our UNISON cases are very compact and can easily be brought as carry-on luggage on your flight. For larger UNISON cases, you have the option to check them in with the airline, but if you plan on doing this frequently, you may wish to consider an alternative case that is built specifically to “flight case” specifications. Please be aware that the Analog Cases limited warranty does not cover any damage to your case or to your gear when the case has been checked in with an airline.

Are the latches on the UNISON cases supposed to lock?

If your UNISON case has black latches, then it’s possible to lock them and your case should have come with 2 keys. If your UNISON case has silver latches, you can lock the case by attaching a small luggage lock through the opening. If you’re having trouble locking and unlocking your UNISON case latches, try applying a little more force than you think you might need. If you’re still having trouble, send us a message and we’ll be happy to help!

Can I use Decksavers with your cases?

Decksavers fit in all of our cases, except: 

  • UNISON Case For The Ableton Push 2 
  • PULSE Case For The Elektron Octatrack
  • GLIDE Case For The Teenage Engineering OP-Z

Are you able to make a UNISON case without the foam inside?

Most of our UNISON cases are designed with a specific piece of gear in mind, and they come with the customized foam insert securely glued in place. If that doesn’t meet your needs, we recommend our UNISON Custom Edition Cases which come with 2 pieces of customizable “pick and pluck” foam, which can also optionally be removed if desired.

Can you send me some pieces of sponge foam cut to a specific size?

No, we are not able to send customized foam pieces with orders. If you need to customize the foam insert for your case, please check out our UNISON Custom Edition Cases.

Warranty and Returns

Do Analog Cases come with a warranty?

Yes, we offer 1 year limited warranty on all our caes. Our warranty policy can be found here.

Am I able to make a return?

Yes. We have a 14 day risk free return policy that is outlined here. If you need to make a return, please send us a message.

Do I need a receipt to receive a replacement through the warranty program?

Yes, this will require a Proof Of Purchase. Please provide us with either your order number from our online store or your Amazon order number. If you purchased through one of our international retailers, then you will need to reach out to them for any warranty claims. 

Orders and Shipping

How long does shipping take?

USA and Canada orders are shipped by UPS Ground service, and are normally delivered within 5-7 business days. International orders are shipped by UPS Worldwide Expedited service and are normally delivered within 5 business days. You can find more shipping information on our shipping polices page.

Can I make an exchange for a different case?

We are currently unable to make exchanges. If you are within the 14 day return period, we can process a return for your original purchase. Once your return has been processed and refunded, you can then make a new purchase.

Do the international shipping costs quoted at checkout include customs duties?

No, the shipping costs cover only the shipping fees, and do not include any applicable customs duties and customs broker fees. We are not able to answer questions regarding customs fees in your country. Please contact UPS with any questions regarding any additional fees that may apply. 

Do you ship worldwide?

Yes we ship worldwide! You can find a more detailed look at our page on shipping policies.

If an item is sold out on the website, will you be making more?

Yes. If the item is still listed on the web site, it means that we do plan to release more of them in the future. It will usually take several months before the item is back in stock.
