Refunds & Returns Policy
Analog Cases offers risk-free returns for nearly all items. Items purchased from Analog Cases may be returned within 14 days of the delivery date.
If the item is damaged or defective, we will issue you a prepaid shipping label. For all other returns, the customer is responsible for shipping charges.
If the item arrived damaged, please take a photo of the item and the box and email it to email@example.com.
To make sure your return is processed as quickly as possible, follow this checklist:
Locate your order number.
Contact customer service to initiate your return
List the items you would like to return along with a detailed description of the issue(s).
Repack the item in the original box, with the original packing materials.
Write your order number on the outside of the box, or on a slip of paper placed inside the box.
Once the return is approved, ship the order back to us within three business days of receiving the approval. Extended return shipping delays may incur a restocking fee.
Once your return is received at our warehouse, please allow 10 business days for us to process the return. During this time, we'll inspect the item to make sure it was returned in like-new condition. If the item is not in like-new condition, or is missing any original accessories, a restocking fee will be charged.
If you were charged for shipping when you placed your order, because the order did not qualify for free shipping, that shipping charge is not refundable. Your refund will be for the total cost of the products that you purchased, plus any tax if applicable.

The message must include:
- Order number & date
- Item name & the issue
To initiate a warranty return, please take a photo or video showing the issue with the item, and email it to firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number and order date.
Please allow 10 business days for us to process your request. Once the request is approved, we will ship a replacement item to you. Our standard shipping policies apply for the replacement item shipment. If the original item that you purchased is no longer available, and you have submitted photos or videos documenting that your item had a defect within the 1 year warranty period, you will receive a full refund to your original method of payment.
Once your return is received at our warehouse, please allow 10 business days for us to process the return.
Once we have processed your return, please allow 3 - 5 business days for your refund to post to your credit card.
If an item is returned but is damaged, missing a box or accessories, or is otherwise unfit for resale, a restocking fee of 15% will be charged.
