Refunds & Returns Policy


Analog Cases offers risk-free returns for nearly all items. Items purchased from Analog Cases may be returned within 14 days of the delivery date. If an item return is initiated within 14 days of the delivery date, no restocking fees will be charged.

If the item arrived damaged, please take a photo of the item and the box and email it to

Domestic Returns

  1. Locate your order number.
  2. Contact customer service to initiate your return
  3. List the items you would like to return along with a detailed description of the issue(s).
  4. Repack the item in the original box, with the original packing materials. 
  5. Once the return is approved, ship the order back to us within three business days of receiving the approval. Extended return shipping delays may incur a restocking fee.

Once your return is received at our warehouse please allow 3 - 4 business days for us to process the return. During this time we'll inspect the item to make sure it was returned in like-new condition. If the item is damaged or is missing any original accessories, a restocking fee will be charged.

*Please note that if you use our return label, the incoming return shipping charges will be deducted from your credit or refund.

International Returns

To initiate a return, please send us a message on our contact page.

The message must include:

  1. Order number & date
  2. Item name & the issue
Once contacted, we will give you a return authorization.
  1. Write "Return to seller" on the shipping label, not on the box.
  2. Pack your item to avoid damage during shipping. Make sure to include the original box.
  3. Mark the item as a "Return" rather than a new product.
  4. Ship your order to us via your preferred carrier.
Once we receive your return please allow 3 - 4 business days for us to process.
*Please note that Analog Cases is not responsible for duties or taxes for returned international shipments.

Warranty Returns

To initiate a warranty return, please take a photo or video showing the issue with the item, and email it to with your order number and order date. 

Please allow 3 - 4 business days for us to process your request. Once the request is approved, we will ship a replacement item to you. Our standard shipping policies apply for the replacement item shipment. If the original item that you purchased is no longer available, and you have submitted photos or videos documenting that your item had a defect within the 1 year warranty period, you will receive a full refund to your original method of payment.

Refund Times

Once the item is received in our warehouse, please allow 3 - 10 business days for the refund to post.

Restocking Fees

Returns made after the 14-day risk-free returns cutoff are subject to a restocking fee of 15%. If an item is returned within the 14-day window but is damaged, missing a box or accessories, or is otherwise unfit for resale, a restocking fee will be charged.
